BB4WA reserves the right to
alter trip routes based on Bill Burke's perceived safety concerns.
50% deposit is due to reserve your space for all events.
Balance is due when we email you notice approximately 10 days before
the start of trip, training, or consulting. A valid driver's
license, current vehicle insurance, as well as drivers' and all
passengers' signatures on an Acknowledgment of Risk form are
required for all trips and training events.
Deposits and fees for all BB4WA events are
non-refundable (unless cancelled by BB4WA) even if trip or training
must be rescheduled due to acts of nature such as extreme weather
conditions, fires, etc. If one of our events must be
rescheduled because of Bill Burke's safety concerns, BB4WA will make
every effort to work with client scheduling needs as well as our
own.
Cancellation: If you do not show up
for a pre-registered event, or if we do not receive your
cancellation notice 14 days or more before the schedule event, your
fee balance will still be due to BB4WA. All monies paid are
forfeited at the discretion of BB4WA if you cancel during the two
weeks prior to the event or are a no-show. Your cancellation request
can be received via telephone or email.
If you give us 2 weeks or more notice that you must cancel, all
monies paid will be held as a 100% credit for one full year from
date of event for you to use on any BB4WA trip or training event.
Liability and Safety: We make every
effort to provide you a safe, fun trip and/or training experience.
Instructions will be given before each event and it is important
that you listen and do as requested. You will assume the
responsibility for many decisions affecting your safety during this
training or trip. These activities can be physically demanding with
inherent elements of risk and danger beyond our control. We do not
assume liability for personal injury or deaths. You must sign an
Acknowledgement of Risk form and go at your own risk. We offer trips
and training requiring varying degrees of fitness. We are not
qualified to evaluate your fitness, so you must evaluate your
fitness as appropriate for any given activity.
